• Coordinated the technical and artistic assembly for more than 300 productions (videos shooting, audio shows, live streaming of events, marketing campaigns, and on-demand video platforms) for multiple clients.
• Prepared budgets, cash flow, cost analysis and monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
